Wow, I'm so impressed by your morning routine! Staring at my phone and "catching up" on everything is always the first thing I do haha. But I'm also a big fan of the morning walk-- can't wait for it not to be so hot outside because that makes it not quite as fun!

I’m a better person when I do all these things 😅 but I also struggle to stay consistent! This week it has just been journaling and reading.

The morning walk is key! Especially with no music or podcasts. Starting journaling again as well - game changer.

Even at my advanced age, I’m still trying to figure out the best morning rituals for myself. Stretch first? Eat breakfast before exercising ? Read the news? Sort through my email and eliminate ? I love your suggestions because they give you the opportunity to set the tone/ intention for a good day as well as create the space to connect with oneself and be mindful 🧘🏻‍♀️ about how you want to use this day.

So many options! I’ve found that a few moments of mindfulness in the morning actually helps me identify which rituals I need/want every day. Or else I’m trying to cram them all in and it creates unnecessary stress!
